Modular automation cell

A fictional production cell with modules, robot and guarding: rules, placement in the hall, a running process and a parts list with example prices.

What you can try here

Laser, screwing and inspection modules in three slots
Rules: robot only with fence and light curtain, laser and vision only in the cabin
Line height 800–1000 mm: frame and feet adapt, otherwise a warning
Hall: move the cell, service and door-swing areas with collision check
Running process: transfer, laser, screwdriver, camera, robot
Cut-away and service view with wear parts and intervals
Parts list with item numbers, example price, cycle time, power and footprint

Rules, clearance and collision checks are simplified and the prices are examples – not a safety assessment, not a risk assessment and not a quote.

Why 3D in this industry

Solutions in this example

3D configurator – Pick colours, materials, sizes and options and see them at once. With your rules, and a parts list or enquiry if you need one. Learn more →
Exploded & function view – Show what is inside and how it works: pull the parts apart, run the mechanism, build it step by step. Learn more →
Spaces & planning – Make rooms, sites and layouts explorable: compare furniture, finishes, light and capacity before anything is built.

How the demo is built

Our own demo with a fictional product and our own geometry. It runs right in the browser, without an app or plugin; the page shows a preview first and the 3D starts only when you try it. For your product we build the same features with your data, variants and rules.
